Sam’s treatment of this well know hymn will be easily accessible to many Corps bands.
There is little technical difficulty to be encountered in the music though a sense of melodic line and an understanding of good ensemble hymn playing will be essential. The words can be found in The Salvation Army Song Book (no. 54) although numerous versions from the original Scottish Psalter can be found.
